A New Smile Can Change Your Life

Stop Settling for Missing Teeth

Has your life been significantly changed because you have lost most or all your teeth? You can no longer comfortably bite and chew the foods you once loved. You’re self-conscious about a gapped or decayed smile. You avoid more and more social situations, maybe even interact less with family and friends. If this is your reality, it’s time to stop living with missing teeth. We offer a solution—a new smile with full mouth dental implants—that can completely change your life for the better.

Our full mouth dental implants in Mission Viejo, CA replace all the lost or decayed teeth in your mouth with a new set of teeth that look and feel natural, permanently secured to your jawbone with dental implants. This solution has been so wholly life-changing for our patients that they’ve felt like new people, experiencing a renewal of confidence, happiness, and health they hadn’t known in years! You can experience this transformation in your smile and quality of life, too, by seeking the care of our skilled oral surgeon and expert in dental implants, Dr. Michael K. Clark. With innovation and an interdisciplinary approach developed only after decades of specialized surgical experience, he and our team can transition you into a life of health, confidence, and happiness with full mouth dental implants.

Choose the Long-Term Solution

Full mouth dental implants aren’t your only option for replacing your missing teeth, but they are the only truly long-term one. You can choose removable dentures, but they’ll only provide a 10% return to normal biting and chewing function. Over time, as your jawbone begins to recede, your denture will become looser and ill-fitting, forcing you to use pastes and adhesives to keep it in place. An upgrade that some patients choose is implant supported dentures, which provide greater security with two or more dental implants. Still dentures, you may have to maintain the same at-home hygiene routine, including unsnapping them from the implants each night for cleaning.

For a long-term solution—and the closest thing to healthy, natural teeth—choose full mouth dental implants. Comprised of a life-like prosthesis attached to four or more dental implants, this solution makes it possible for you to once again eat all your favorite foods, feel confident and attractive in a beautiful smile, improve your oral and physical health, and regain a newly active and social life!

Three Steps to a New Life

Step One: Personalized Consultation and Treatment Plan
Full mouth dental implants treatment is an incredibly detailed and personalized process. To ensure the best results for your unique case, you’ll first undergo a consultation and evaluation with Dr. Clark. Most patients are candidates for full arch treatment but if they aren’t when they arrive, we offer comprehensive surgical care including bone grafting and tooth extractions to ensure they qualify before placement.

An important step, we’ll review your dental and medical history and discuss your smile goals and expectations for treatment. We’ll also take panoramic images of your mouth for treatment planning and to create the custom surgical guide we’ll use during implant placement. Once we establish the personalized treatment plan designed to specifically restore your smile, we can determine your dental implant cost and help you find a payment plan that fits your budget. Our goal is not to oversell but do what’s best for you and create a solution that restores your quality of life, health, and confidence!

Step Two: Precision Guided Implant Surgery
Our surgeries are all completed using custom nSequence® surgical guides. These guides have been designed based on your unique oral structures to take advantage of the level of bone in your jaw, potentially eliminating the need for bone grafting They also guide Dr. Clark to place your dental implants at the pre-planned, optimal location, and depth in your jaw to provide the greatest long-term durability and strength.

While Dr. Clark has the expertise to place your dental implants free hand, he chooses to use such technologies as nSequence to place your implants with the greatest level of precision and accuracy. This innovative surgical technique removes virtually all room for human error, provides a more efficient surgery and shorter treatment length, and ensures a significantly greater chance for the long-term success of your full mouth dental implants. Due to this precision, in most cases, we, or your dentist, can also immediately load a temporary set of teeth onto the dental implants so you can have a complete smile while your treatment sites heal.

Step Three: Healing and Final Set of Teeth
Your dental implants must be allowed about 3-6 months to heal. During this time, the jawbone will form around the implant in a process called osseointegration. If you have temporary teeth, you’ll be able to eat and speak normally and enjoy an aesthetically appealing smile. To prepare for your final set of teeth, either Dr. Clark or your dentist will attach an abutment to your implants which serve as the base for your new teeth. Next, we’ll take digital impressions of your mouth. We’ll work closely with your restorative dentist who will design your new teeth to fit perfectly on the dental implants and inside your mouth. Made from incredibly durable and life-like material, your final teeth will provide you with a level of function and natural aesthetics comparable to real teeth! Once the restoration is completed, it will be attached to your dental implants permanently. Your smile will look just like it used to, and after a short period of getting used to the implants, they will feel just like your natural teeth! You’re now free to enjoy the transformative benefits of full mouth dental implants for decades to come!

A New Smile, within Budget

Full mouth dental implants are certainly not the least expensive option for replacing teeth, nor do we provide this solution at a “cheap” cost. Beware of doctors who charge significantly low rates for this type of complex treatment. Some offices state only the cost of the dental implants, but once you are in their office, they will have to eventually include the entire list of expenses that come along with it. In the end, with the other hidden costs and fees revealed, they will charge about the same amount of money for their implants as you would pay at our office. We prefer to tell you the cost of your treatment upfront, so you have a better understanding of what to expect with fewer surprises. Additionally, our dental implant cost reflects the incredible skill of our specialized oral surgeon, the high-quality materials we use, and the state-of-the-art technology that guides us in the most precise and accurate treatment for each patient.

You’re not simply paying for a new set of teeth—you’re paying for an investment in your smile and quality of life… an investment that is meant to last. With the personalized and innovative care we offer, your full mouth dental implants and all their amazing benefits have the potential to last the rest of your life! Don’t put this potential into the hands of an inexperienced dentist or a practice that doesn’t provide you with the information you need to make a confident decision in your health. We’re here to ensure your treatment provides the greatest benefits for you, and we make this possible no matter your budget.
